I’m Matt Miller. I am running for Gwinnett County State Court Judge Division 5.

About Me

I reside in Lawrenceville in Gwinnett County with my wife Tara and our three young children. For over a decade, I have practiced law in the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit. I have practiced in all areas of the law a State Court Judge needs to be knowledgeable with. I have tried all types of cases, including criminal defense, personal injury, civil defense, contract disputes, juvenile, family, land-lord tenant and probate cases in Gwinnett.

I am now employed as a Supervising Attorney in the Gwinnett Solicitor’s Office. I prosecute all types of misdemeanor cases, from Driving Under the Influence to Vehicular Homicide cases, in the State Court. I know what it takes to be a fair and impartial judge who will ensure justice is served for all who appear in the courtroom.

Gwinnett citizens deserve the best representation on the Bench.
